Watchin' the World Go By

Liberty loves to lay on her grandparent’s bed and look out the window- watching the world go by, so to speak!

Iowa is beautiful this time of year. The days are warm, with just a touch of crispness to add zest; the kind of temperature that makes you want to move briskly and feel the freshness in the air. The days are still long enough to enjoy, but beginning to shorten, giving forewarning of the winter to come. The leaves are just starting to turn, and soon our green will give way to all the wonderful Fall hues of orange, brown, yellow, and red. This is also a time of year when the stars are brilliant in the sky, and the sunsets shout for joy at the end of each day. Ahhhh, the Autumn.

Three and a Half Months

Almost Sitting

Liberty is really close to sitting on her own. It will be nice when she can, because she is so active that she doesn't like laying down. She wants to see everything- but this requires me to hold her all the time! Not that I mind too much...she's so sweet. But we do our best to invent ways for her to be on her own, such as this boppy contraption :).

You Sure?

REALLY?
Sure it wasn't that way?
